"autum leaves" is next, i will play it on guitar by "sight reading"

that's my goal.   beautiful song.

i took an extended look at fat's waller's song "ain't misbehavin'" as played by joe pass, but, i am a couple years out from learning that.   many things to learn about the guitar before i get that one under my belt.

so, to take a break from "star dust," which i play just for fun**, i am going to learn "autumn leaves."   not as pretty as "star dust" in my estimation, but a very pretty song in its own right.

** i am no virtuoso, by any means, and sometimes halt, but, i can play it.   so, it is on to something "new."   a repertoire,  perhaps?   laughing.

but, every journey of a 1,000 miles begins with the first step.  as does every 5-step journey.  laughing.
