well, as noted before, those black people complaining of u.s. racism tend to be somewhat privileged, well educated, and vociferous about u.s. racism.
so, let me inquire, how many black women have ever been appointed as ambassador to the united nations by:
--any black african nation
--any african nation
--any european state or nation
--any nation or state of the english commonwealth, to include canada, or, for that matter
--any other state on the face of the earth.
i am not sure, but, i expect not very many blacks, from any other state/nation, aside from the black african nations, have been appointed as ambassador to the u.n.: (lots of black males running around the u.n.) but, i would guess that damned few black african women have ever received appointments to such prestigious diplomatic posts.
i suspect that whatever the results are, (and i expect only a paucity of such appointments of black women have ever occurred), it will not prevent the other member states of the united nations from beating the united states about the head and shoulders over this "issue."
such is politics, and the u.s. is the socialist whipping boy for all the world's ill.*** as bugs bunny, noted, it is to laugh, it is to cry.

***do not forget who pays the lion's share of the funding of the united nations. and, who's military power has kept the world relatively peaceful for the last 75 years.)**** i have always maintained the u.n. should be shipped off the north american continent and located somewhere appropriate, say, for instance, in lagos, nigeria. (actually, that just came to me. as good a place as any.)
****you think such an assertion nonsense? well, google up the history of war in the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries, and you will find that from the emergence of the u.s. since the end of wwii, the world has been a relatively peaceful place. it is an inescapable conclusion, if you know the history of things.
