when i first heard of the "bombings" of demo's and celebrity types (with "bombs" that did not go off, and "explosives" that were not) i was convinced it was another stunt pulled off by demo operatives.  i was therefore a bit taken aback when i "learned" from the media that the perp had been identified as a right wing crackpot who had a pronounced enmity for donald trump.

so, i went on a little road trip to see old friends, and was away from my computer for five days or so, with no concerns in the world save for the pac-12 conference football competition.  (the ducks lost, the cougs won.)

well, guess what?  the right wing blogosphere is alive with a story that seems to confirm quite solidly that the "repub bomber" up until about two years ago was a rabid & confirmed lefty type, and an avid opponent of all things right wing.   and, moreover, this repub still maintains his professional link to strip clubs, and i would presume porno, and stripper clubs.

it has been more or less confirmed that in april of this year he was a dj in a stripper club in florida when, of all people, stormy daniels appeared there to dance, and to strip.   yes, this would be the same stormy daniels whose law suit against president trump has been dismissed, and the same stormy daniels upon whom costs and fees were imposed upon the dismissal of the law suit, just recently.

so, a "mad bomber," who knows and has been around stormy daniels, a person who has sued trump, and who has striven to be in the public eye, as it were, by doing everything possible short of stripping in public, gratis, as it were.

i will tell you something about me, and the way my thinking process works.   and, that is, i flat out do not believe in coincidence, or co-inky-dinky-ism, as i am prone to put it.  i did not think it coinkydinky when the spate of mental patients went on shooting rampages, all of them under psychiatric care, all of them being stuffed to the gills with psychotropics by obliging shrinks, and all of them appearing to me to being "shaped" to kill.   i said so then, and i say it again, now.

nor do i believe it coinkydinky a former left wing radical (there is no such a damned thing) turned ultra-conservative, while retaining his professional association with a strip club and prostitution, and stormy daniel's associate, shots people while living in a van pasted with pro-trump posters and the like.

nor do i believe that he "accidentally" left a finger print on a bomb that he mailed, when to any rational analysis the "bombs" were made not to explode, and by any logical scrutiny they were mailed in such a manner as to guarantee interception and detection.

what caused his conversion from left wing radical to right wing zealot?  (not very damned likely, is it?)   and, what favors did stormy daniels confer upon this dingbat to induce him to enter into this hairbrained scheme designed to bring approbrium upon anyone and anything connected with donald trump?  (and, with exquisite timing, i might add, when the republicans were rapidly gaining ground on the demo's on all fronts.  and, when to recover any losses on the political front associated with the implementation of this stunt will cost the repubs some time and effort.)

no, there was no coincidence in this.   this whole business was carried out and planned by the same people who carried on the demonstration against justice kavanaugh.   and, those people were, and are, the democrats who organized the silliness against kavanaugh.

there is no such thing as coincidence, only causation that has not been revealed.

a bomb for de nero .... oh, please, give me a damned break ....

somewhere, someone thinks that there is a republican who would waste a bomb on robert de niro.  (something not capable of exploding was sent somewhere with some connection to a de niro residence.)

please, .... , by a republican.

there is not a republican on the face of this earth that thinks that robert de niro is significant enough, in any respect, to waste a bomb on him.  i have seen no instance or action or speech on his part that would suggest that he presents any threat in any form to the electoral or legislative fortunes of any living republican politician.

now, on the other hand, (that being the perception of your average shit-for-brains democrat), i can see that de niro would be held in high esteem as a thinker (he is an actor, after all, and speaks his lines well) by some, and that said person might well imagine that de niro would be thought as a threat to that person's belief system, and his ethos.  (such a person would, of course, have an ethos, perhaps obtained from watching ellie cooks good on pbs.)

it would seem logical to your average shit for brains democrat to think that a republican would value de niro as much a legitimate target as a clinton, or a gore, or an obama or some other demo luminary.

in other words, de niro would seem a logical person to send a bomb to, to a democrat.   and, it would seem logical to suppose that to such a mind, it would seem logical to the credulous to suppose a repub mind send de niro a bomb.

it is, however, absolutely ridiculous to the mind of this republican (a bit self-servedly, no doubt) that any bomb wielding republican would target a political nonentity as de niro, and i suspect that it seems likewise as absurd to any republican sentient enough to draw breath.  (not a self serving argument in the slightest, just a simple factual observation.)   streisand, perhaps.  kevin "the perp" stacey, who is very irritating, to be sure.   any number of other like minded twits.

but, de niro?  nah.   it does not compute.   not to a republican.

but, to a democrat, it would seem entirely logical, and, so likely "logical" that it would merit a a non-exploding bomb to robert de niro.   ergo, i believe that all things considered, and by a simple logical process,  the person who sent the non-exploding bomb to de niro it is a democrat, beyond any reasonable doubt.

the bomb business is a hoax, a ruse for those who can be gulled by street theater, and who are susceptible to this kind of idiocy.   it worked to discredit justice kavanaugh, convincing all the leftist talking heads, and a goodly number who ought to know better.  it didn't prevent kavanaugh from sitting the supreme court bench, and this latest example of demo stupidity will not convince many.  enough?   i doubt it.

just enough to convince your average shit for brains democrat, "... that we wuz robbed" again.   oh, when will this hell on earth ever end.

bombs? just another damned demo piece of theatrics ....

the "bombs" to democratic "personages" ....  just another piece of political theatre on the part of the demo's, imho.   has anyone noticed that not one of them has exploded, and to the best of my knowledge, not one of them has even been delivered.   hardly the work of a competent domestic terrorist.

on the other hand, we have a democrat stalwart shooting a republican congressman at a softball practice, and firing multiple shots trying to murder others; u.s. senator paul attacked and beaten by a democrat neighbor; and numerous examples of democrats accosting and attacking republican congressional office holders and staffers in public places.  antifa.  black lives matter.  this group of disaffected persons, that group of disaffected persons, .... , all democrats, all resorting to violence.  all demos, and all pushing people around.--

friends, the only violence in public life comes from the "progressive" left, and from the democrats.  the only preachments to violence come from the demos and the left:  pelosi, feinstein, booker, obama, and the idiot Maxine waters, all with the same imprecations to violent acts, "defiance" as they call it.

in my estimation this "bomb" business is just another stunt by high placed democrats trying desperately, by the use of any under-handed tricks they can muster, to salvage something at the mid-terms.   they were bullies and thugs in power, and now that they are no longer calling the shots in washington d.c. and the state capitals, they have nothing to fall back on except threats, theatre and thuggery.  (they are simply in an adolescent snit over not being in any position to tell anyone what or what not to do.  so, they resort to threats, physical intimidation, and violence to try and get their way.   they do not try to persuade others to their side, they preach and practice violence.  period.)   

(why would the repubs resort to violence to influence an election cycle they are clearly winning?  think about that?)

i don't think that i am the only American to notice that the democrats have absolutely failed to announce and argue a coherent scheme or agenda by which to advance to improve the country; by which to reduce government spending; by which to shore up america's tattered defenses; nor, by which to heal the racial divide engineered by themselves and their failed leader obama.  they are loosing in the polls, they are loosing in the ballot boxes; and it looks quite clear that there will be no "blue wave" at the election.

so, they resort to the cheapest most underhanded and vile tricks possible.   what assholes.   think, people.   do people who intend harm send phony bombs?

go to the polls, vote, and repudiate these thugs who try to steal democracy from us.

i will fill out my ballot tonight, and it goes into the mail tomorrow.   and, in a little bit i will motor over to walla walla and check out the flannel jammies for winter ....  life goes on.

i think conservative candidates will, in the main, fare better than the stark raving lunatic demo's.  that's what i think.

seems to me the democrats really have found no theme, no coherent program upon which to campaign, other than their overwhelming frustration at having lost control of the government in the last general election.  that really amounts to nothing more than pouting about being over "being out of power," which they seem to regard as a privilege belonging to them, exclusively.   i don't know how this resounds to voters with something other than an adolescent mentality.

p.s.   the republic has been in tighter spots.  and, though most threats have been external, a couple epochs have resulted from self inflicted stupidity, so that is nothing new.   but, never, never have we as a country been so afflicted with a monumental idiocy as plagues us now, and if it is allowed to take hold of power again, it may prove fatal.

so, vote.  keep the "progressive" lefties from taking power again.  they mean never to give it up again.

 

the nearer the election, the bigger the lies from the demo's and the mainstream media ....

the media say little about trump's accomplishments, and every idiocy perpetrated by the demo's is hailed as an act of genius:  fact is, the demo's have very little of substance to talk about.   every poll trumpets the resounding victories to come to the demo's at the polls.  (all they do is yell and scream, over make believe.  i think it counter productive to yell and scream, unless you have something of substance to make a fuss over, something weighty, something endemic to the day and not contrived street theatre.  if i have learned anything in 70 years on this orb, it is that anger all by its lonesome doesn't count for much.)

i am getting campaign solicitations from kalama "calamity jane" harris, of all people.   i assume she's been into the cooking sherry.  who knows?  for some odd reason this is all starting to seem like 2016 all over again  ....   maybe it is hillary clinton's insane delusion that she will run for president in 2020.

some idiot twit accosted mitch mcconnell in a kentucky restaurant, throwing the remnants of mcconnell's lunch out the front door, after snatching it from his table.  this was picked up by the press, and labeled a campaign success  (an act of bravery tantamount to hitting the beach at normandy, no doubt to the reporter, and the idiot)  ....  this is what has become of the democratic party, this is the utterly boorish behavior to which they have sunk, this is what they think will impress the majority of the electorate.  

it just feels to me that everything they do or say demonstrates a fundamental disconnect to the accurate perception of political reality on their part.  in 2016 the people refused to be swayed by the pronouncements of the talking head experts/pundits, and singularly unimpressed by the preachment and imprecation of the hollywood "elite."  (news from entertainment tonight, now the same as nbc/cbs/abc as an authoritative source.  actually, upon due consideration, they are much the same, and e.t. is probably more accurate.)) 

in short, this whole business seems very much the same as the election of 2016 did, e.g., you cannot believe a word of what the demo's say, nor what the "press: says:  they are simply the propaganda arm of the demo's.  collectively, they understand little, and what they understand well enough, they misrepresent and lie about, hope against hope that they can impose their "want" upon reality.  (those who are fans of the notion of "the collective" should view this as a caution, but, i doubt they will.)

we shall find out.

with that in mind, i urge each of you to get out the vote, and to get out and vote, and it would please me mightily if you voted for the republican candidates and against the democratic candidates.   i am hoping that the repubs march to victory.  as noted, time will tell.

but, do not be fatalistic, and let history proceed on its own without your contribution.   act, participate, exercise your will, and help defeat the demo's at the polls.   otherwise, it may be left to the streets at some not so distant future.

democrats are liars before, during and after the events .... dianne feinstein strikes again ....

the democrats struck a deal with the repubs so they could all go out to recess and run for office some more  ....  you know, do the stuff that they do best.   but, the senate judiciary comittee was to have a couple sessions during that.

they were given notice.  they agreed.

so, as predictable as the spring rains they didn't show up for a couple of the senate judiciary committee sessions, so the bitch feinstein bitched mightily and laid the demise of democracy at the repubs feet.   the dead puppy maneuver, we used to call it when i was "doing" politics in the old days.  in my younger days.

dems.   liars.   before.  during.  and, after.   it makes no difference the circumstance nor the issue, they are incapable of keeping their word.   period.   and, diane feinstein is the most sanctimonious bitch of them all, going away.

repubs, hold the sessions, take the votes, and punish the dems under the applicable parliamentary rules.  and, were i you, i would yank feinstein and the other democratic clowns from the judiciary committee, and put them in charge of the sewer projects going on in guam.   or invent the project, fund it, and put feinstein in charge of taking care of the shit.   it is what she does most ably.

personal health issues .... i am back ....

yep, it is confirmed that i have an aneurysm on a branch of the aorta that feeds my spleen, and it is confirmed by the docs that there is a bit of a blood clot associated with it!!   the clot is large enough to have slowed blood flow to the spleen, somewhat, and will probably result in the spleen shrinking over time, somewhat.   the aneurysm is not large enough to warrant surgical intervention at this time, and the docs will take a look at it again in a year or so.  and, the blood clot isn't large enough to kill my spleen, or to kill me.

same with the aneurysm.  we'll just call it a draw for the time being.   yes, the whole thing could go to hell in a hand basket very quickly.   it might.   it might not.

if i have a repeat performance on the episodes of pain that put me in the emergency room last week, well, i am to scamper right back in, present myself again, and we go from there.   well, yes, i am pretty much where i started, but that is the way much of life goes, and now i know what a particular constellation of pain and discomfort means, more or less,  if not what it portends, just exactly.  well, yes, i am pretty much where i started, .... , and that is the way life goes.  it is, so to speak, having life hang over your head.

so, i watch my diet, eat healthy, and gobble down my yogurt to keep my innards working and on line.  and, pay attention.  that is, i suppose, just how life goes.  i guess i have said that about as many times as i am going to this day.

paul allen has died at age 65.   at his death his net worth was reputed as somewhere in the neighborhood of $20 billion: he was co-founder of microsoft.

which goes to show, that all your wealth cannot buy good health.

there are several things about him which i find interesting.--

--he wasn't a particularly gifted guitarist, but, he liked to play and had a band.

--he wasn't particularly driven to acquire wealth, instead enjoying the fruits of his earlier business ventures.  he spent his money on sports teams in the northwest, and liked yachts.  i expect that he had some fast cars, that sort of thing.  no doubt he enjoyed the good life.   his interests were kinda like those of an ordinary man, ... , but, one with a whole lot of spare change.

--he wasn't showy.  he had a radio face.  he didn't trash hotel rooms, didn't get drunk publicly and make an ass of himself.   as far as i know, he had no scandals, didn't avoid his taxes (any more than any other person who could hire an army of accountants), and was not inclined to push subordinates and employees around, especially in public.   i have never heard that he was a womanizer, nor that he kicked dogs.

he seems to have been an ordinary guy.  an ordinary guy who just happened to have acquired $20 billion along the way.   it appears that he would have been happy in tract housing with a three year old buick, a mortgage and a nice family.  as contrasted to johnny depp, he doesn't appear to have had a $30,000 @ month good wine habit.  (i doubt his estate will go into involuntary receivership, .... , i would be really surprised if it did.)

he would have been welcome in our elk camp, and i would expect that he might have enjoyed it.  perhaps with a mildly bemused expression on his face, but, he would have enjoyed rollie's cooking, and the mildly eccentric behavior of the rest of us.  no doubt he would have been comfortably outfitted at filson's.   lots and lots of wool.   and, good boots.  and, gloves.

though not publicized by the media c. blasey ford was deeply biased against brett kavanaugh, and not for personal reasons, but because of her political association with leftist causes funded by george soros.   she was also allied to john o. brennan, former director of the cia, by family association and a long standing business relationship to the c.i.a.   unless you are brain dead, you will recognized that brennan attacked president trump on many occasions, using the fallacious russian dossier: blasey's brother helped in peddling that document to the c.i.a.

but, a more disturbing link to corruption and self interest has emerged in the blogs.--

blasey was also linked to senator feinstein and her husband, a big time real estate tycoon, who bought and sold government properties (mostly post office buildings) at enormous profit via the conniving s of his wife while she actively served in the senate.   it is beginning to appear, rather substantially, that c. blasey ford was tied to this activity.

if this is so, blasey knew feinstein well before feinstein leaked the letter implicating kavanaugh in an allegedly criminal assault, occurring some 36 years ago.

so, ford is chief accuser of kavanaugh in hearing before a senate committee on which feinstein sat.   blasey has known feinstein for years, and blasey's brother, ralph blasey iii, is also involved in the attack by brennan on president donald trump.   blasey stands to profit from feinsteins corrupt real estate sales and purchases.

this friends, is the very essence of illegal and criminal conspiracy, if established.

getting old is not for sissies.

i had some pretty intense pain in my chest and abdomen the other night, nipple to nipple and through the solar plexes, and repaired to the emergency room of a local hospital.  they took a ct scan, and it revealed an aneurysm of a small branch from the aorta feeding blood to the spleen, as well as some kidney abnormalities.

the upshot of all of this,...., it doesn't feel too damn great, and is potentially pretty damned dangerous.   the docs are putting their heads together, and monday they will issue an opinion as to what to do about it.   personally, i am hoping they elect surgery to take out the swelling/dilation and repair the blood flow to the organ.   i have been doing some reading on the function of the spleen, and though it is hardly the most glamorous of organs, it does perform some beneficial functions for humans.

i don't feel too damned hot.   nor do i feel like getting all fired up and shooting my mouth up, so i will be away from the keyboard for a bit.    but, i am gonna write an abbreviated screed on dianne feinstein, who is dirty, dirty, dirty and should be prosecuted and removed from the senate, if what i am reading on target.
