i prosecuted and defended major felonies, to include many homicides, over a 25 year law practice. i know a murder when i see it. and, i have absolutely no reservations in describing the death of argentinian prosecutor nisman as a murder.
fausta wertz at faustasblog.com covers south american politics, and she recommends that if you want to follow the case involving the killing of prosecutor nisman you will stay well informed by reading the argentinian news paper clarin, at http://www.clarin.com .
i have been reading the articles at clarin, and it is obvious that prosecutor nisman implicated the sitting president of argentina in the deaths of 85 people in the 1994 bombing of a jewish cultural center in buenos aires, argentina and that he contemplated seeking her arrest. reporting on a draft of court papers, written by nisman, clarin says that nisman would have sought her detention, even while he also named others that he sought to prove were involved in the planning and cover up of the bombing.
this involves the sitting president of argentina, christina kirschner. and, her involvement in a 1994 bombing that killed 85 people, and the murder of an argentinian prosecutor her sought to prove her involvement in that bombing.

this is the stuff of untrammeled medieval kings ordering the death of individuals by personal fiat. truly, murder most foul. truly, just as surely as the actions of i.s.i.s., a step back into the middle ages.
