everybody has got their shorts in a knot over this ammo thing ....

the government's recent purchases of large amounts of small arms ammo has got a lot of people very excited, and i am not so sure exactly why.

well, of course, it is meant for use on "us."   who else would homeland security and obama's assorted little minions intend it for?

i've seen various of those minions shoot.  they are going to need a lot of ammo, because they are not very good shots.  and, oddly enough, quite a few of them have only rudimentary knowledge of shooting and firearms, at best: in spite of all their web gear and "training."

they'll make very good looking corpses if they take on the american people.

look, they only can carry so much of the stuff at one time, and the rest of it stays behind in warehouses, where it will be very handy for the rest of us to steal from them after we've shot they them up a little bit.  our money paid/is paying for it, so in a very real sense it is our ammo, and it is very accommodating of the feds to manufacture it for us only to later make it available for our theft.  it means we'll never run out.

keep in mind.  there are about 40 or 50 million of us who take to the woods and marshes and fields every fall, hunting for deer, ducks and pheasants.  not all of my friends are accomplished shots, but some are, having a life time behind the rifle, a lot of it in active military service, and a lot of it as competitive shooters at the highest level.

almost all of them despise obama, reid, pelosi, napolitano and that insipid pot bellied fat butted idiot from california, feinstein.

there are lots more of us than of them, and we shoot better, and a lot of us are irascible old shits not inclined to ask for quarter, nor to give it.  if it comes to trading shots, we'll kick the living shit out of them.  period.

p.s.  if various of the persons who think "they run things" get this all going, they are sadly mistaken if they think that they do not do so at their peril.  as john cash say, "there's a man goin' round, takin' names, ... ."   there will be retribution.  i rather hope that all this happens, i think it will be good for the country to excise a bit of dead wood in a good little dust up.

california and new york are good places to start, and, of course, illinois will be on the agenda.

why am i not writing? .... because i am loading ammunition ....

some few may be wondering why i am not posting, on subjects various.

well, the truth is simply this.--   the united states is heading towards domestic collapse and conflict on several fronts, so i am in the basement taking the most responsible approach to this approaching contretemps by loading ammunition in 7.62x51mm nato, 5.56x45mm nato, and various other and sundry calibers.

the congress comprised of democrats and republicans alike spends the government into financial oblivion.  not much to say about that, it simply is what it is.  you can describe an elephant standing in your living room any number of ways, but, it doesn't alter the fact that an elephant is standing in your living room.

there it is.

the leftist think they are to take our guns.   fine.  let them come and get them.

there that is.

and, finally, the left and barack obama have brought to the fore the prospects of genuine race war.  no other way to say it.

so, i am doing the only responsible thing i can think of.  i am, as noted, in the basement.   being constructive.  and, if i am wrong in my prognostications, (something to consider, as i have been wrong on any number of things before, and i always entertain the possibility if not probability of that being so), then i shall have an ample amount of ammunition in storage.

actually, brass is spending pretty well right now.  so, no harm, no foul if i am wrong.   and, if i am right, well then i have sufficient stores to last several combat expectancies.

every now and again someone will say something very insightful, even though they say what they say derisively, and even though they do not attain the insight.  it is almost a "slip of the tongue" sort of thing.

and, it comes back on them.

our beloved song "yankee doodle dandy" was first sung derisively before taken over as an anthem by american revolutionists.  the worm turned, as it were, most triumphantly.

so it is with the obama administration phrase, "sovereign citizen."   the "sovereign citizen", by the perception of obama and his fellow leftist, is the decidedly low brow type brooding in resentment over the enlightened policies of the left, and who ignobly and ignorantly defies the left to bring paradise on earth to it.

they mean to degrade, humiliate and cast aspersion upon the "sovereign citizen," and to watch and control him.  they think that they are our betters, and chosen to rule us.  they delude themselves.

i suspect that the sovereign citizen shall be a tougher nut than the obama types can ever imagine.

and, you know what?  this is precisely one of those instances in which obama has an insight into the truth, though he does not recognize it, and he would be loathe to admit it.

for, my dear friends, we citizens of this great country are in fact, in theory, and in law, sovereign.  we are our own emperors, in perhaps rude and humble clothes, but we wear our mantle and our raiment's proudly.

and, we are sovereign.

we rule ourselves.  and, we are governed solely to the extent that we agree and accept the governance.

we retain the right to rebuke usurpers, at the point of a bayonet and at the barrel of a gun, if we so choose.

we are, indeed, sovereign citizens.

in his arrogance and hubris obama, his minions, his ilk, his supporters, forget this.  we shall remind them, if necessary to assert our sovereignty, with bullet and cold steel.

so, i proudly accept the mantle of "sovereign citizen."  for that is precisely what i am.  sovereign in my own home.   sovereign on the soil that i trod every day.  and, distinctly sovereign over and above the pretenders and usurpers.

they don't like it?  well, then, bring in on, assholes.   bring it on.   come get my gun, if you can.

i get a big kick out of the leftards .... and, so will you .... even if you are a little girl? ....

the leftards are on a campaign to eliminate the distinctions drawn between men and women, and, now it would seem, between girls and boys.

seems as though the social pioneers in massachusetts want to make it so little boys can go into the little girls locker rooms, and, presumably, visa versa.  no mention that they are supposed to close their eyes.  indeed, those who fancy themselves progressive probably figure, the wider the eyes, the better.

do little girls, as if anyone thought to ask, care much one way or the other whether this process results in their becoming cannon fodder, the same as little boys since time immemorial?

think about it.

you eliminate all distinctions to be drawn between little boys and little girls for political, legal and ideological considerations, and is there any reason to distinguish between them for purposes of military service?

politicians do not mean by "gun control" to protect us one from the other .... politicians mean by "gun control" to protect themselves from our wrath ....

i received an email from a friend, setting forth statistics from the world health organization on murder rates in the various countries of the world.   it is apparent when examining these statistics, that the united states and the west are actually relatively peaceful, in a civil context.

set forth below are the stats, and my email response to my friend.  when one considers the implications of the statistics, any fair consideration of their import leads to the conclusion that politicians in the west are not so much worried about you and i murdering each other, as they are about removing our ability to remove them from rule because of their ineptitude.   they wish to remove us from having the tools by which to do so.

it would appear that christopher dorner has been killed ....

all indications are that christopher dorner has been killed in a final gun battle with san bernadino county deputy sheriffs near big bear lake, california.  he killed a deputy sheriff in the fight, and wounded another, before being burned out by a "smoke" bomb tossed/thrown/fired into the cabin in which he had taken refuge:  apparently the smoke bomb had incendiary qualities.  whether this "quality" in the smoke bomb was known or unknown, appreciated or unappreciated, to authorities is not known.  (i suspect that they knew its properties, don't you?)

charred remains were found in the cabin.  it will take some time to identify them.  it is probably safe to assume that they are dorner's.

his demise occurred just after he was seen driving a vehicle on public roads near the lake.  one can only speculate why he engaged in behavior quite likely to have resulted in being seen.  perhaps he has left a message explaining his action, but one can only speculate that he wanted t/his rampage to end, just as it did.

from our perspective, it is only to learn.

his rampage killed police seemingly with impunity while he took the offensive.  he hid from the authorities for days, eluding detection by federal government drones (you know anyone else who operates them), and search by several hundreds of police officers.   he did so, apparently quite easily.

he was "found," only while engaging in a public behavior that suggests he wanted to be noticed, to face his denouement.  

i can only conclude that he could have avoided capture or detection for a much longer period, and could have taken the offensive and attacked again, had that been his "agenda."  it would seem that personal motives, and not political motives or ideals drove his behavior, and, that for personal reasons, and personal reasons alone, he chose to end his rampage in this manner.  a hard core political operative would have behaved far differently.

this is a sobering event.   and, it is especially sobering to the police, and to federal agents.

christopher dorner did all of this, all by himself.

he is dead.

and, he leaves behind him, multiple dead and wounded.  this is not a good thing for the authorities, who must now realize quite clearly, that in any uprising against the government or against law enforcement or against politicians and their ilk and supporters, ... , that there are many more of us, then there are of them.

christopher dorner, the leftist, has demonstrated that the odds all lie in our favor.  he has demonstrated, if you will, that they will run out of them, before we run out of us.

this is the appropriate way to deal with being threatened, or with having values or heritage threatened, by those who mean to intimidate and govern your conduct.  or, to take you life.   but, as twain would have observed, i repeat myself.

christopher dorner in the woods? .... i don't think so .... we'll see ....

much has been made of the discovery of christopher dorner''s burning pickup truck, and the "tracks" heading off into the snowy woods from its location.

it's been some days now.

do they have hounds in southern california?  

i should think that almost any dog handler with a good set of blood hounds, or lion hounds trained on scent tracking, would have found dorner, dead or alive, by this point.

my guess is that dorner exchanged vehicles, and set his pickup on fire to "fix" his pursuers to that location, while he made his get away.

we'll see.  he just doesn't seem the "woodsie" type to me.  more to that than watching "survivor" reruns.

what we have learned from christopher dorner, the angry ex-cop ....

christopher dorner is the fellow in southern california who is killing police officers over an employment grievance of some standing, stemming from his former employment by the los angeles police department.

i know naught about the merits his grievance, and very little about the disciplinary proceeding that led to his dismissal.  and, i doubt i'll learn anything else about it from the lamestream media.

what we have learned from his rampage is very simple, and very basic, and something we should not forget.  and, that is, the police are no better at protecting themselves then they are at protecting us.  i know as a matter of fact and as a matter of law, (having been both a prosecuting attorney, "deputy" variety, and running my own law office doing contract criminal defense), that the police have absolutely no legal duty to protect an individual.   that means, if you make a 911 call telling the police that you are being attacked and they do not respond in a timely fashion to stop the attack, that you have absolutely no legal recourse against the police even if you can show neglect or indifference to your predicament.

consider this.   again.

the police do not protect you, and are not legally responsible to.

the police seldom can react to a situation with enough dispatch to stop an ongoing attack or crime.

and, only infrequently, are the police able to resort to the use of weapons to protect an individual, or stop the occurrence of what we might call a discrete crime.

the come, they pick up the pieces, and they investigate, and they arrest who they can catch on occasion, and they arrange for the transport of the victim to the hospital or the morgue, as the case may be.

and, what christopher dorner shows us with absolute clarity, is that they are no better at protecting themselves, than you.  when police forces do effectively apply force, as is the case of the military, is when they have time to react and to mass forces.

but, left on their own, or not in a fighting mode, they are as vulnerable to attack as you and i.  their weapons, their training, are absolutely ineffectual if not in hand, and if they have not had a chance to switch into "fighting mode."

christopher dorner simply walked up to two policemen sitting in a car, and shot them both, and to the best of my knowledge, neither had a chance to react, or deploy a weapon.

some years ago, in tacoma, washington four officers were sitting in a booth in a coffee shop, drinking coffee and eating donuts.  a fellow walked in, sat at the counter, and bent over a coffee cup.  he got up, walked toward them, and pulled a weapon, shooting them as they sat.  he killed all four, killing three before they could draw their weapons.  a fourth officer, (a woman, i think) did manage to return fire, and she wounded the fellow in the abdomen.  she also died in the "exchange" of gunfire, if memory serves me correctly.

he walked out.

simple as that.

he was captured some time later, having taken to ground in tacoma and unable to leave town because of his wound.  i think the people who harbored him, finally figured out he was as dangerous to them as he was to the police.

had he not been wounded, i doubt he ever would have been captured.

the point is simply this.--

the person who attacks has all the advantage in the world over the person who defends.   if we sit idly by and wait for the swat teams to attack us with force in our individual homes when and if gun control and confiscation is ordered, then the forces of the government will prevail.  over time, they will prevail.

if, on the other hand, if and when gun confiscation is ordered or "imposed" by law, we simply attack, whether in coordinated groups or as lone individuals, we will put obama's henchmen and such police who try to enforce such brutally illegal legislation to the rout.  we will sow fear and terror in the government forces who try to impose tyranny upon us.

because, guess what?  they will be completely defenseless to such attack, just as the police sitting in the donut shop in tacoma, washington and just as the police sitting in their patrol car in los angeles, california.

if we attack them, we can kill them with near impunity.  if we wait to be attacked, they have every advantage.

so, if and when gun confiscation or other draconian law is legislated or imposed by executive order, then our order of the day is simply to attack those who are in "authority" whenever and wherever we see them.   every time.  with the application of deadly force.

this will be, for those in authority, "genuine" terror.

i know this.  it is verity.

now you know it.
