friends:
now, i am about as hapless & helpless as it comes to performing computer searches. i am just no good at it.
but, i have spent a little time searching the net to see if i can find rifqa bary on any kind of an immigration service computer docket of pending cases, where, it should show up.
update: let me add, i have not been able to find any indication that any petition, in the federal immigration system/courts/administrative tribunals/etc., for relief has ever been filed on behalf of rifqa bary. anywhere.
i have been able to find nothing. nada.
has anyone been able to locate an immigration petition, anywhere, involving rifqa bary?
addenda: this in and of itself doesn't prove much, because as noted, i am not a whiz with the computer. but, it does raise concerns, and illustrates a problem i have had with rifqa's legal team from the get go. and that is, they have just never done much to relieve the legitimate concern some of us have expressed about their handling of her interests, and their continued silence & coyness on this latest issue as to whether they have timely filed immigration papers, anywhere, suggests they are hiding the ball because they have done nothing.

p.s. are rifqa bary's handlers still raising money in her name?
