maxine waters, congress woman from california, speaks again.

how do these fucking idiots find the congress?  that such people are elected to office, time and again in waters's case, amply demonstrates why this country is being flushed down toilet.  a great country is not run by idiots, and this country is run by idiots.

ignorance & stupidity do not fashion sound public policy.
