how did merah run out of the bathroom, guns blazing, get shot in the head, and jump to his death of a gun shot wound?

i mean, do i really understand the accounts of this shoot out?

this whole scenario seems, ... , unusual.  and, he fires multiple shots at the froggies, and they hit him once?  and, how in the heck did he crawl out of a bathroom window, and take a dive?  he sure as heck didn't do that with any wounds penetrating to the old brain pan, now did he?

seems to me, he should have had "several" holes in him.  at first sight.

this is all very curious.
