Sounds like a re-work of "The Peter Principle" infused with mega-liberal-steroids.

A friend of mine commeted on this after I sent it to him. He writes: "In Many ways I blame our greatest Generation. They wanted to protect us from the hell they saw and taught us to be tolerant. We allowed the libs to sell guilt to the extent that spines melted and ran down the toilet with our biodegradable *** wipe.
